If you would like to improve your mental wellbeing, stop smoking or lose weight but don't know where to start, a Health Improvement Coach may be able to help. The service is open to anyone over 18 years of age and can be accessed by appointment, delivered via phone or video call.
The Health Improvement Clinic will support you to make a personal health plan to help you change. There will be a plan to help you keep track of your progress. You can look back to see what you have achieved along the way to remind you of just what you are capable of. It is also a way to keep track of your mini goal, for example, going to bed 30 minutes earlier each night, practising mindful eating at breakfast or walking for 30 minutes. You can email them at: health.coaches@wiltshire.gov.uk or call them on 0300 003 4566 (select Option 1). Alternatively click on the picture to visit their website and find their referral form.
