http://www.splash-wiltshire.org.uk
Splash provides free, positive activities during school holiday periods for young people aged 9-16 years who are facing a wide range of challenges in life, for example those with special educational needs or disabilities, on child protection plans, in care, at risk of anti-social behaviour or offending, victims of bullying, young carers, or from families facing bereavement, substance misuse, breakdown or financial hardship. We aim to raise young people’s self-esteem and confidence, divert from risky and anti-social behaviour, develop an acceptance of others, reduce peer-on-peer bullying and empower young people to make independent, positive and safe choices.
